We want you to be completely satisfied with your Geox purchase. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit or breathable comfort you expected, you can return them in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original Geox branded box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated courier service; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
